This lady has lost over 100 pounds, first with WW, but now she uses THM. I don't need to do that, but I have been reading the THM book and am impressed with the way healthy eating is presented. Much of it is how we already eat, but the idea of having some carbs with low fat protein is new to me. I want to pin ideas and recipes here. This pin is a weekly menu this lady posted.
